I'm not sure what the official name is. That is a 2013 Nissan GT-R, handbuilt by Team Galag, and from what I can find, it is known as the TG1.

In short, I think it is a 2013 Galag TG1.

Correct. Team Galag TG1 – Modified Nissan GT-R for the Gumball 3000 Rally.

Correct. Team Galag TG1 – Modified Nissan GT-R for the Gumball 3000 Rally.
The GT-R is one of my favorite cars. I recognized the hood to be from a GT-R, and all it took was some Google-ing to find it!
