Judging by the Moskvich 410 next to it I'd guess that this car is Russian.

I realize im not a pro,but I came across this car way back,I saw the name pooblezla, but im not sure if that name is it,s actual name or not?

It was homebuilt on the chassis of a SMZ S3A invalid car.

I tried to translate the sign but it really didn't get me much further..  There was no actual name mentioned.
However, when I asked where is hails from, I don't just mean the country but the town where it was built.

Since PJ has come up with photos and has found the actual car I'll lock it for him for 48 hours to see if he can find a little more about it, i.e. where it was built exactly!
