Oh yes, I forgot to put it into the proper format: B-4. As we seem to have now three towns to be linked with two cars, one of the cars might be of twofold origin, I guess. Not a vintage car specialist, I only have ideas for the towns still hidden in anagrams: #02 must be Gaggenau, #08 is possibly Brussels.

Cities identification is good, but Your pairing is still wrong.. Make sure You have a correct pair and write letter-number car, city

There seems to be some confusion here. I found that there exists a company named 'Carlton Automotive', operating in Brussels, Wisconsin, but I could find no trace whatever of their activity as a Turner replica builder. According to my sources, the later examples of Acers were built by the British kit-car manufacturer Carlton Automotive Ltd., still residing in Royston, Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

You are very close to the correct answer, so let's finish it!

G looks like a New Orleans, but as that was a Vivinus built under licence I shall say:
G-8 Vivinus built in Brussels
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

B, as Ehhxekt says looks like a Turner, and is actually an Acer made by Carlton Automotive.
Turner was in Wolverhampton
Carlton was/is in Royston, Yorks
so why is this linked to Coventry

Here's the photo in B, in colour and with a numberplate

Oh no! That was my huge mistake! I am very sorry! Coventry is out of topic in this puzzle, but since it was included and solved, then 3 points goes for You!

Arunas

Points added! Puzzle finished! Thank You all for solving it! Nicely done, guys!
