Yes it is a Penguin but compare it with others and you'll see it's not the same.

It's the PENGUIN SPECIAL built in 1962 for the own use of the builder Harald Quant that was also BMW distributor in his country

That's right, yes, although Harald Quant was actually the owner of BMW rather than a distributor for them (his daughter still owns it!)
The difference between this and other Pinguins is it's a 4-seater.

Just to fix another mistake in this topic: it was built by Pengor and not Pengar.
Seems like only CANADA was spelt the right way  ;D
