A few years ago I saw a Chater-Lea with a wicker body just like that, but it's not quite what I remember, so probably not that one.

This is reportedly one of only two surviving cars of the New Merlin Cycle Co. of Birmingham UK, powered by a Blumfield V2 engine. The other Merlin has also been a puzzle before (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2009-37/solved-jj-52-1913-merlin), posted by... jimjarron himself!
