Kendrick Steam Car.

According to this source it was built in 1970 but the pictures are tagged as 1962.

"This car was built in 1970 as an experiment in producing low emission alternatives to conventional I.C vehicles, by Kendrick and featured in numerous TV programmes including BBC "Tomorrow's World".
Liquid fuelled, high pressure flash team boiler supplying a 2 cylinder compound steam engine."
