I know two names for this car:
Tommy Kaira ZZII
or
ASL RS01

As far as I know Tommy Kaira was acquisitied by Autobacs some time around 2000, renaming the car ASL (Autobacs Sports car Laboratory).
Correct me if I'm wrong!

You're right, Autobacs (a Japanese chain of automotive supermarkets) acquired Tommy Kaira in 2001. They renamed the cars to ASL RS01 and Garaiya (only the original sportscars, the tuning/converting is still under the Tommy Kaira name).
