The only race I was able to find in Hungary where the same brands of cars wore starting numbers 13 and 14 was the 1912 Small Car Race where two Fiats were entered.

Beyond that, I am curious on where this develops

As an aid, the car race took place in Austria. I assumed that the cars are Hungarian, since part of the company's name is the same as it was later produced in Hungary, but I'm not sure until the end.
