Cïtroen Chanson.  In Japan, the Saxo was sold as the Chanson - I had wondered whether Saxo means something rude in Japanese... but no, the reason for the change of name is that Honda had registered Saxo in Japan.
Apparently, many Japanese Citroënists replace the Chanson badge with Saxo badges imported from Europe.

Driving a foreign car in Japan was/is somtimes considered a status symbol. Having a LHD instead of a RHD adds something else, although one has to be honest and acknowledge the severe inconvenience during usage of parking garages an toll roads where the payment is to be done on the other side of the car. For toll roads the option of sutomated payment is available,  but for parking garages it's not.
