I guess you're right about the wheels, and probably the Formula Ford info is wrong...or not.  Now I think we should continue the puzzle and not delete it.  If you want we can put it in the black hole.  As I often say, I have very little information on my cars because I only find a photo without necessarily having explanations on the models.  This puzzle came from a forum (which is often correct) so an error is possible

I don't know what the puzzle car is, but I know for sure, it can't be a FF 2000. Because of far too wide wheels and secondly, as previously mentioned, I am missing the exhaust system protruding on the right side under the engine cover. Of course, it can be a modified FF 2000, but I think, it isn't. The technical regulations of FF 2000 prohibit the usage of a monocoque chassis. The chassis must be a tubular steel one. The use of tubular steel frames in a faster race classes are since the mid-70s rather unusual

Nevertheless here is my next guess:

Is it a 'Sark'?

I'm not 100% sure what country the car was built in but it's not the UK
Understanding this is not 100%, do you think the brand/builder was likely Belgian?

I have confirmation of the country of construction.  It's not Belgian and it's not a Sark.  Fromwien, Oko94, Could it be possible that this is a Vee formula?

Still absolutely no idea, so a shot into the dark: TOJ 1974?

BERTRAND

it is not a Toj.  But I'm worried because if you can't find it, does that mean my source is wrong?   This will be the first time that you can't find one of my monopostos.

For sure, your source will be right. It takes me headaches, as I have really no idea, what this car is.
Is it from 1974?

BERTRAND

I don't have the date of construction of this car.  But looking at the timeline of the manufacturer's other models, this model came after 1974
