I have no information about the place of residence, but only the data of the vehicle registration number. Until 1956, it was impossible to recognise a city in Germany at the licence plate.

It is the Fimme, built by a priest named Fischer from the Black Forest: Fischer + Imme = Fimme. It was built in 1954 and powered by a 175 cc ZMG-Imme engine.
