I received an email from designer who did this project and he agreed to quote him:

"Hi Marek,
Yes that was a student project I did in early 1990.
Sponsored by (here he wrote manufacturer) the goal was to appeal to a younger crowd that (here he wrote manufacturer) was trying to capture.

I just remembered that part of my theme was to give the front windscreen to look of a pair of sunglasses

It was an indivisible project - I was the only designer.
