Vomag, details shortly.
VOMAG is correct
5 OR 685, 1939, body by Schumann, Werdau.
5 OR 685, 1939, is correct,...
Not body by Schumann, Werdau
You got me. I was of the opinion that my collection of vomag literature is complete...I have to go searching again.
;)
Is it a German body? All German copies have a round transition from roof to rear, not as hard as the default.
Yes, a German bodywork
I still haven't found a suitable picture, but nine bodybuilder, working for VOMAG at that time. And a postwar three-axle copy by F. Fleischer. As the default looks like a public bus I'll start with Lindner, Halle-Ammendorf. They built several bodies for KVG-Sachsen and with VOMAG a cooperation for buses with self-supporting bodis was prepared.
No, sorry, the bodywork of this VOMAG isn't from Lindner, Halle-Ammendorf.
What's on with Crede, Kassel?
Also not Crede, Kassel
Gaubschat. They built also 2-axle bodies on VOMAG, not only the road-train.
Not Gaubschat
Lindner?
No
L. Steinfurt, Königsberg
No
Trutz. Coburg is not far away from Plauen.
And that's the solution! Congratulation to your next, well-earned point!
Many thanks. What lasts long finally becomes good.
