Your source obviously lies in great depth, so I couldn`t find this picture. But the design looks like mid thirties and the weight should be around  3 - 4 t. So the choice is between type 103 and  type 149. I say: type 103.

Yes, this is a Delahaye 103.

I was slightly confused because it was shown as an illustration at PS.Speicher museum next to a 1929 Delahaye 54
