I will have to check, but I'm pretty sure it can be found on at least one English website. The site where I originally found it was not in English, however.

I was able to quickly find the vehicle on three separate English-language websites using the designer's last name and the vehicle's name as Google search terms. One of these was the designer's own website, which is entirely in English.
And if you are still interested in knowing, my original source was a Japanese website.
