The front end looks similar to the Fiat Dino Coupe. Is this a design proposel from Fiat's design studio?

Carnut

Yes it is (not that the Fiat Dino was a product of Fiat Centro Stile...)!
So it's locked for you to fill in the details.

Yes of course, the Fiat Dino  Coupé was from Bertone.

In 1971, the Fiat 130 coupe was presented. Could this be an alternative internal design that was rejected?.

Carnut

Yes, so who did it and when?
Still locked..

That's it, yes.
Attractive design though this is, I think Fiat made the right choice; Paulo Martin's ultimate Fiat 130 Coupé design really is an all-time classic.
Well done.
