could be Zhengtian SQ6450 also, the one source I found says the same chassis and apparently front fascia were used across several brands, with just cosmetic differences.

I let you off the hook. It is an SQP5020 by the Hubei Shayang Automobile Modification Factory.
Brand name was 登峰 (Dengfeng)
