The brand name is Xiangyang (向阳) made by 石家庄轻型汽车厂 (Shijiazhuang Light Vehicle Factory)
So this obviously means 1 point to you

For the 2nd point, please sort out the designation. It is not SQQ1020SY - there are two different letters not Qs

On puzzle 1529, I found mention of a company.  When I googled enough in English and in Chinese, a web site came up that discussed Xiangyang and their predecessor company.  Xiangyang had Jeep XJ clones, so I figured the previously mentioned 1020SY would be part of the name.

I'll guess SD1020SY, but unlock it if I am wrong.

I gave you one point and it is now relatively easy to find the designation. It starts with S, ends with 1020SY and there are two letters in place of the two q-s. Still locked
