....well, blow me down with a feather! This was pure guess based upon the similarity of those slanted headlights to the ones on the original Porsche-engined version. You have unearthed a gem. So far, I have been unable to find another picture, and not so much as a mention of this Fiat version. Zunder's parent company, I.T.A. produced their own fiberglass coachwork, so I presume (but don't know) that I.T.A. did the same for this prototype. Perhaps the folk at Fiat Storico have more on this :).
Allemano made a quite similar convertible in 1963. Perhaps they also made this coupe version?
