Built in the 1980's by Italian coachbuilder on a Fiat 697 chassis for use in the Middle East.  The function is obscure - a leisure vehicle but not for hunting. 
Was it for camping?

I have it as Fiat Orlandi motorhome, called CHEYENNE, by SEAC Cars Desert, Rome.
It seems it was sold to some rich person in the Middle East.
