The caption in your source seems to be wrong.
This is one of the two Ghia-bodied Lancia Aprilia by Basso.
They were built on a chassis made by Giovanni Basso (some sources reports only one had the Basso chassis, the other was on standard Lancia chassis).
One of them is still out there and a replica (on a Basso chassis) was built not long ago.

Well, that explains why I couldn't find any other picture of this "Fiat 1400 Ghia". I took the picture from a contemporary Italian magazine, might have been L'Auto Italiana.

Thanks for putting this one right. I'll change the title.
