I wrote an article about one year ago about rare solar vehicles, including this one:

'Auto Gazelle'
Students of the 'Ecole supérieure polytechnique' (ESP) of the Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar presented the solar vehicle designed in Senegal.

Papa Maguette Cissé, a polytechnic engineer, had the idea for this creation following a supervision work with students from Montreal.
