Wagener Special, from 1970. Base is a Lotus Elan, but with an Alfa Romeo 1600cc engine and 5 speed  transmission. Body is aluminum, and completely custom made.

I came across this one in a video about a Chinese rallye. It looks Italian to me, who knows more?
