It's obviously a sketch drawn over the picture of an Isetta. Is it the missing link between the Isetta and the BMW 600 ?

I don't think it is the missing link, although there are some obvious differences to an Isetta.

As you might already know from some previous puzzles over the years, geography is not one of my strong points (along with buses!) and I'm not a great fan of detailed locations questions (e.g. is it 7kms to the east of wherever, etc.), so I've just had to double-check this one, but can confirm that it was not from Hungary. Sorry  ;)

It looks like the original Isetta photo has been digitally modified (as opposed to a handmade drawing), so does this project date from the last 25 years ? Was it meant to be some kind of Isetta revival ?
