According to my source this three wheeler utility vehicle was built by Graham Birch,of Toi Toi Street.The article was found in the New Zealand archive.The power came from a 10 hp wankel rotary engine.The vehicle cost Graham $1000.?

Thanks for the point!,it resembles the 1965 suburbacar to some degree.
