Well found!

Marconi's Wireless Telegraph Company, Ltd commissioned Marshall Motor Bodies, Ltd of Cambridge to built two of these vans for their client, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Marshall and Marconi's collaborated on the body design. The vans were completed and delivered in 1951. (The source article was published in December, 1951.)
