Serially produced only Cyclecar
As far as I'm aware, the creator only built this pre-production prototype, followed by a highly-limited 'production' cyclecar.

Los Angelis Cyclecar?
That's the name of the 'production' version. The prototype had a different (though related) name.

L. E. French
That's it. In 1913, French formed California Cycle Car Co. and built this prototype, the 'California Cycle Car'. Then in the same year, he formed the Los Angeles Cycle Car Company, renamed the project the 'Los Angeles Cycle Car' and built the 'production' version. He seems to have only built a few examples before closing the business in 1914.
