The car appears to be front-engined, but a low bonnet line. Engine smaller than 2 litres?
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

Is it the White Pointer CS Bella?

I'm afraid I don't know anything about its engine.
All I know is its name and who built it.

It reminds me of one of my previous puzzles which was an Aussie car which migrated to South Africa and has now returned. I thought it was called Pegasus but it doesn't show on a search.  My records for the time are now long gone.  In SA it was painted dark green with a gold stripe.

Any of this make sense?
