Wow! That was quick! Yes, you're right, one of several Riley specials Built by Jennings, a rear-engined one has been a previous puzzle. This one is pictured coming 2nd overall in the False Bay 100 F. Libre race in 1954.

The caption says the Jennings car is top left, which is correct.
