The fact that it's a Romanian "licence built"Dacia and not a French Renault 12 can be seen from the plastic front grille. The Renault versions were never equipped  with a plastic grille. Renault stopped building the 12 in 1980 and Dacia kept on making them for many years to come.

You can unlock this puzzle, that's all the information I had on this car when I saved the picture to my harddisk many moons ago. Don't know who built it, personally I thought Pitesti was a coachbuilder, but it seems I was wrong.
