It is a Cooper T49 Monaco Chassis (CM 5 59), with Maserati 2000ccm engine, built by Guglielmo Dei, Scuderia Centro Sud (1959). At first the car have had a slightly modified Cooper-Monaco-bodywork. After sold to Conte Volpis Scuderia Serenissima, the car got a partly new bodywork (picture) from Fantuzzi.(1961).  Then it fell off the transport trailer and got heavily damaged.
Today the car resides in Salzburg (Egon Hofer), with Cooper-Monaco-bodywork...

Although this car does sit on a Cooper Monaco chassis none of the other information is correct according to my information.
I won't lock it so anyone can see if they can find out exactly what it is.

1965 Cegga Cooper Monaco Ferrari V12 with carrozzeria by Sports Cars (Drogo), I would say.

That's absolutely right. It was based on 1960 Cooper Monaco chassis #CM/1/60 and was believed to be powered by a 250 TR engine from another Cegga Ferrari.
I believe the body was altered very soon and most pictures show the later body.
Eventually that was replaced with a P4 style body followed by a P4 spider.
Well done.
