All the major bus chassis manufacturers have already been tried, so maybe they were not normally a bus chassis maker.
But the only radiator I can find that looks anything like that is Bentley!
They were reputed to make the world's fastest lorries but I can'f find any reference to them making buses...

Wolseley did and they haven't been tried yet...

Since we've exhausted all the actual bus chassis manufacturers apart from a few very obscure ones who just made a handful, was the chassis actually made by a specialist bus-chassis maker or by a lorry or car maker who just happened to supply the chassis and engine for your puzzle bus?

It was a car and motorcycle manufacturer by the time. This bus was built by Licence of this brand. I couldn't find another bus from this brand

Let's wait till the answer come!

Carnut

Triumph wasn't a bus maker (or lorry maker for that matter) so this must be purely a one-off based on the chassis of one of their bigger cars.
Since Maduro seems to have been a bus driver before he became president all I've been able to pull up so far is thousands of pictures of Maduro's triumph in Venezuelan elections...!

I'll have another go today and see if I can get anywhere, but I'm thinking it's unlikely.

I believe it is, yes.

Here's the answer!  Carroceria Sirio, Hernandez Bitter & Co.
Apparently it was one of the first buses to be built in Caracas.
