no

My error : the year is 1948. Right image, wrong identification ?

pnegyesi

now what should we do? I have a different coachbuilder. What is C.A.B.I. standing for?

Hiawatha

Cattaneo Applicazione Brevetti Industriali.

pnegyesi

I have an entirely different coachbuilder. What do you suggest? Should I reveal it? Maybe the contemporary caption was wrong

If this helps, the puzzle vehicle bears some resemblance to the truck below (particularly around the lights). This truck was originally designed and bodied by C.A.B.I. Cattaneo, with later production being carried out by Bianchi.

This truck was the Sforzesco C.2T from 1951. Here is a similar truck from 1949, also later produced by Bianchi.

pnegyesi

neither Esperia, nor Borsani. Indeed it is identified as a Sforzesco

Both potentially wearing the C.A.B.I. Cantaneo emblem, as opposed to the later 'Bianchi Sforzesco' models:
