Found it! This vehicle was on display alongside the Iso Parad-Iso 400 by Michelotti and Carrozzeria Corna (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2012-41/solved-neh-1690-parad-iso-400-familiale-19578/) at the 1957 Salone di Torino. Does this chassis belong to the Iso Plurima 400 (also by Michelotti/Corna)?
