Please , make , model and coachbuilder , for 1 point ! :)
Initial question would be whether the base vehicle is an Italian built Fiat 600 or a Spanish built Seat 600. Anyway my first guess would be Fiat 600 by Francis Lombardi?
Hello Alfa_Japan ! :)
Not Fiat 600 by Francis Lombardi !
Fiat 600 Jolly by Ghia then?
Not a Fiat 600 Jolly by Ghia !
A Yugoslavian Zastava perhaps?
Not a Zastava !
There were many coachbuilders in Italy who improved or modified the Fiat 600.
I'll start alphabetically: Canta from Turin?

Found a source with more information today:
"Built on the basis of a Fiat 600 at the end of 1955. This car was discovered in a 'barn find' condition. It has various aspects which can be traced to the Canta coachbuilder like the dashboard-style Fiat 1100, and the rear fins that support the headlights also styled like a Fiat 1100, although there is no confirmation of this."
