You did a great job finding this one.
At first I remembered it just as sitting on the roof of a building in New Zealand but couldn't trace it at all, even though I remembered which website it was pictured on.
Then when I remembered it had been puzzled before and found the answer I was still unable to find it anywhere on the 'Net - even with the full answer! I even tried to find it using Search by Image but that came up with nothing either.
So you did remarkably well.
