It's the ARS U1, Automobili Sportive Romane, built in 1963 by Bruno Patriarca and Pasquale Coluzzi.  I suppose it's based upon Alfa Romeo Giulietta mechanics.

Yes, that's the one, which I am surprised has not appeared here before. It based on a Giulietta Spider chassis and 1500cc engine. Well done, the point is yours.

I was pretty sure we'd had it before so I searched using just 'Patriarca' - and it didn't show up. Very odd indeed.

That's exactly how I found it.
