Another try. No single search ever gave the least bit of infomation about this teardrop thing. No Talbot-Lago or whatsoever. I mean, it might not be old either. Look at the wheels. They show there might be something modern under the skin. The buses in the distance point the scenery is somewhere in Eastern Europe. Any guess?

I cannot help myself, now I mean to see there is a "simple" Volkswagen Beetle (old version with "pretzel" rear windows) forming the center of the car above. Take a look here. Looks pretty much like a copy of Terry Cook's 1939 Lincoln Zephyr-based "Scrape" lead sled.
