It's a Fiat 500 C modified by a not known coachbuilder, shown at Pincio Concourse of Elegance of Rome..I suppose in 1954.

not in 1954 .. but you are on the right way: locked for you, I need the name of the coachbuilder (that I don't know)

1952?....The source where I found this car doesn't mention the designer/coachbuilder.  I found it very similar to the Lucciola by Francis Lombardi, built from 1956 on Fiat 600 base, but I have no proof about it.
