It is 1933, not 1938, but  otherwise correct. One more point for you. Ca. stands as an abbreviation for Cabriolet, of course.

I thought it said '1933'! But since the seller had it listed as '1938' and I'd only saved a thumbnail sized image, I decided to trust the seller instead of my own eyes.
