BMW 02 series (1502 - 2002).
Designer was Wilhelm Hofmeister, the inventor of the "kink" on the C-pillar of all following BMW models (Hofmeister kink).

Giovanni Michelotti had previously designed the larger BMW "New Class" and was a consultant on the design of the 02 series. 

It looks as if a photo of the rear end of another Michelotti concept car was copied into a photo of a BMW 02 by photomontage. The rear end could be from the Michelotti sketch "Daf Siluro" from 1968.

One of the many attempts to combine the BMW 700 body and the Glas four-cylinder engine.
Closer to https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2018-48/wendax-2605/ than to https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2011-39/solved-allemano's-8470-655-1967-bmw-1000-prototype/ I think.
