Fiat delivered CKD-parts to 'Fittipald Empreendimentos' in Barueri, Sao Paulo, directed by Wilson Fittipaldi Jr., where the cars should have been built. Their target was to finish 50 cars per month. Only four were actually built.
The Fitti-brothers hired Jorge Lettry, the great ex-technician of Vemag and Puma, to sportively tune up the Fiat 147 Rallye anyway... They wanted to create 'The Brazilian Abarth'
