I'm far away from my home now, but I think the 'Marquis De Cartago' is no one else than Alfonso De Portago, who was a Marquis of Portago - a Spaniard who was killed during 1957 Mille Miglia. On February 25, 1957 there has been a race in Havana called Gran Premio de Cuba. Fangio won it in Maserati, De Portago set the fastest lap in a Ferrari and Phil Hill was also there driving a Ferrari as well. A smaller event for the local drivers took place there the same day.
