Reloading

Most every page I've tried to access today has required multiple reloads. Is anyone else having this problem?

It's been few days now that each time I have to post a reply I have to do it twice...but I thougt it was Explorer...

it usually happened to me every two or three posts, these last two months maybe.

I often will have glitches that say my last posting was 30 seconds or less ago, even when it's my first post in hours...most days I have no trouble...
