Looking at some more of of my bookshelves I can list titles of nine more books and for a point for each, just tell me the author/authors. I'll put this one in the Pro section so that everyone can have a go at it!

Co-author is Michael Frostick.

There are several titles named Brotish Racing Green - mine is the little anthology by David Venables. There are similar titles by Anthony Pritchard and Klemantaski/Frostick.

Michael Frostick is the co-author I wanted.
Too much to hope that the titles were unique and my "British Racing Green" is by Anthony Pritchard so that's that.
