You can unlock this task. Country (Switzerland) is clear. But neither my libary nor internet give me an information about type destignation or year. It looks like late 50s or early 60s of last century.

I suspect it's one of the earlist NEFAG models so since the company only became NEFAG in 1937 is it from 1938/9?
I can't find that particular picture or one of that model on the 'Net but there is a picture of a model from 1941 which looks slightly more modern, which is why I think your puzzle picture is from before that!
