It certainly appears to be the same car but amazingly it doesn't match my information!
It's supposed to be a home-built car and is claimed to have been built by a particular individual.  As so often with these claims they probably mean that they assembled a kit then say they home-built the car..
I'll just look into it but it appears that you have solved it.

I can't find anything else out about this car on the Internet apart from the site you probably got your picture from (which I haven't beern able to actually access..)
I would have thought it took more than new headlights, a new badge and a new rear-end to transform a Hyundai into a Lamborghini though!
Incidentally it was described on the site where I found it as "Glassfibre car homemade in India"!
