My photo differs in many details, but I believe it is very close to the puzzle vehicle.

This a Kässbohrer "Bully de Pistes" K2, year undetermined. 

Apparently used for road and track building and repair in poorly developed or hard to access locales.

Well found, Bill! It is an early version of the Kässbohrer Pisten-Bully. The puzzle photo was a bit misleading, as the tracks could hardly be seen through the high grass. The main use of the Pisten-Bully is the maintenance of skiing pistes. It is still being built by the Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG today. One well-earned point for you.
