Now, as far as I could find out the story is a bit more difficult than that.
This electric quad called Arrow was designed by Wachauer Technology & Design AG from Hieflau in Austria. So IMHO it should be called Wachauer Arrow and not Arrow Wachauer. But the Wachauer Technology & Design AG did not produce this vehicle but just sold licenses. It was in fact built by E.Mobile Technologies GmbH from Einbeck in Germany. In the beginning the Arrow was available in three versions with top speeds of 15, 25 and 45 km/h. As I don't have any sales brochures I cannot tell whether these three versions were distinguishable from the outside. The technical data of the puzzle Arrow would make it a Wachauer Arrow 25 then.
While the puzzle Arrow has a Wachauer logo at its side, there also were some with a different logo and
www.arrow45.com lettering on the body (first picture below), and it seems it also was marketed as the AL-KO Xone (second picture).
There was another model, the Arrow 25 X-Large with a different design featuring a wider rear axle and a flatbed (third picture). That one seems also to have been marketed by AL-KO as the AL-KO Xpress (last picture).
