It is indeed the Atlas Copco Cavo 310. Not originally a Robot at all but a mining 'mucker' with the operator working from a fold down running board. According to an online document the Soviet Union purchased some in about 1980 and this one was clearly press ganged into liquidator service. Run by compressed air.
